Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective or wrong size items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To file a claim please email our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and the size tag (if applicable). We will review your request and provide next steps as quickly as possible.
If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
